I was raised outside of Detroit, Michigan, but then my training took me to New York where I did undergrad at Houghton College and medical school at TouroCOM.  I then moved to Tulsa for residency at In His Image. After graduating in 2018, I worked at the affiliated hospital St. John for three years before returning to IHI on faculty. As a lifelong learner, I obtained a Theology in Healthcare Certification at Duke Divinity School and am close to completing a Master's in Biblical Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary.  I am happily married to Cody and we have three beautiful children: Aiden, Maci, and Elayna.
