I grew up in Skiatook, Oklahoma as the oldest of 3 children. I completed my undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University followed by medical school at The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. My husband, Braden, and I got married in December of 2023, halfway through my third year of medical school. A few things I enjoy are going to the gym and serving at church with my husband, going antiquing for my home, and needlepointing! My interests in family medicine include full-scope family medicine, lifestyle medicine, and fertility awareness-based methods of family planning and women’s health. After residency, I hope to settle down in a small town and practice rural family medicine.
