- Book/PC/Data Plan allowance $2,250 total may be used PGY1 year or saved for later
- Three weeks paid vacation per year
- Continuing Medical Education of up to $1,000 and five days per year for PGY2 and PGY3 residents
- Food allowance when assigned to hospital rotations
- Professional Dues paid for American Academy of Family Physicians, Oklahoma State License Fee, DEA License, CMDA membership (total value over $1,000)
- Additional Benefits include clinical lab coats, pagers, parking, certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, ALSO and PALS
- Occurrence malpractice insurance is provided for residency-directed educational experiences (limits $1,000,000/$3,000,000).
- Term life insurance paid 100% by employer, first $30 of disability insurance premium paid by employer, group dental available but paid 100% by employee.
- A group HMO health insurance policy is provided to all residents and dependents with employee paying part (currently $150 per month) and the employer the remainder.
- Or the employee can select non-HMO options for $95 or $65 per month.
